B.S. in Civil Engineering or related construction major, minimum 1 year of construction experience in
estimating, engineering or operations. Reviews proposal specifications and drawings, does take offs,
attends pre-bid meetings, assists in value engineering and alternate construction methods. Part of an
estimating team that has a history of success and achievement.

Project is located in Metro DC, requires bachelor’s degree in related construction discipline, 4 years of
field experience, excellent team development skills and leadership abilities, ability to partner with
Project Manager, good communicator, self-motivated, self-confident, and ability to manage
subcontractors.
